Can Proparoo publish my listings to Domain?

Yes. Enter the property once in Proparoo and publish — it goes to Domain, and to realestate.com.au and Homely at the same time if you have those connected.

How do I connect my Domain account?

You sign in to Domain once from Settings and authorise Proparoo on Domain’s own screen, then pick the agency you publish for. Your Domain password is never entered into Proparoo.

Can I import listings that are already live on Domain?

Yes. Proparoo brings your existing Domain listings in as properties, and matches them to listings you already have rather than creating duplicates.

How long does a listing take to appear on Domain?

Domain process listings on their side rather than publishing instantly, so there is a short delay. Proparoo waits for Domain to confirm and then shows the listing as live — so “live on Domain” means Domain said so.

What happens when I mark a property sold, leased or withdrawn?

Proparoo updates Domain to match, with the sale or lease date. Withdrawing a property takes the Domain listing down.

Do I need my own Domain agency account?

Yes. Proparoo publishes under your agency’s Domain account and your own agreement with Domain. We do not resell listing space.

Is this included in my plan?

Yes. All three portal connections are included on Starter, Pro and Agency, with no per-listing fee from us. See our pricing.

Your listings import from the portal itself, so a migration does not depend on your current provider handing over an export. Moving your agency across covers what comes over and what does not.
