Terms of Service

1. Agreement to terms

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Proparoo, a CRM platform for real estate agents operated by Proparoo Pty Ltd. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

2. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.

3. Acceptable use

• You may not use Proparoo for any unlawful purpose or in breach of any applicable regulation.
• You may not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the service.
• You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of client and property data you upload.

4. Subscription and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice before your next billing cycle.

5. Data ownership

You retain ownership of the client and property data you enter into Proparoo. We process this data solely to provide the service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time from account settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or misuse the service.

7. Limitation of liability

Proparoo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Proparoo after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
