Publishing to Homely

Can Proparoo publish my listings to Homely?

Yes. Homely is one of the three portals Proparoo publishes to, alongside realestate.com.au and Domain, from the same listing.

Do I need to enter the listing separately for Homely?

No. You write the listing once. Publishing sends it to every portal you have connected, and editing it re-sends the update.

How long does a listing take to appear on Homely?

Homely receive listings as a scheduled feed rather than an instant upload, so they appear once Homely’s next run picks them up. Proparoo confirms the listing was delivered; when it goes live is Homely’s side.

Can I import my existing Homely listings?

No. Homely is a one-way feed with no export, so there is nothing to import. You can import from realestate.com.au and Domain instead, and republish from there.

Do I need a separate Homely agent ID?

Only if yours differs from your realestate.com.au agency ID. Set a Homely ID in Settings if you have one; otherwise Proparoo uses your REA agency ID, which is correct for most agencies.

Is Homely included in my plan?

Yes. All three portal connections are included on Starter, Pro and Agency, with no per-listing fee from us. See our pricing.

Homely has no export, but your listings import from realestate.com.au and Domain and republish from there. Moving your agency across covers the rest.
