What counts as a seat
A seat is one person who signs in — an agent, a sales associate, a property manager or an office administrator. Everyone in your agency who needs their own login needs a seat.
Starter is priced per agent, so a solo operator pays for exactly one person. Pro and Agency are priced per office with a seat allowance included, because past one person the office is the unit that actually matches how an agency buys software.

What Proparoo does not charge for
Publishing is included. There is no per-listing fee, no per-upload fee and no surcharge for connecting a second or third portal — a listing you push to realestate.com.au, Domain and Homely costs the same as one you keep as a draft.
The portals bill you separately for their own listing fees under your own agreement with them, exactly as they would through any other CRM. Proparoo does not mark those up and does not sit between you and that invoice.
Pricing questions
- How much does Proparoo cost?
- Starter is $49 per agent per month. Pro is $99 per office per month and covers up to 3 agent seats. Agency is $299 per office per month and covers up to 10 seats. All prices are in Australian dollars.
- Do you charge per listing or per portal upload?
- No. Publishing to realestate.com.au, Domain and Homely is included in every plan, with no per-listing or per-upload fee from us. The portals themselves charge you their own listing fees directly, as they do with any CRM.
- Which plan does a two-agent office need?
- Pro. At $99 per office it covers up to 3 agents for less than two Starter seats would cost, so Pro is the cheaper option for any office of two or more.
- Can we cancel?
- Yes — you can cancel your subscription at any time from account settings. Plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis, so cancelling stops the next cycle rather than refunding the current one. The full terms are on our Terms of Service page.
- Who owns the data we put in?
- You do. You retain ownership of the client and property data you enter into Proparoo, and we process it only to provide the service to you. That is set out in our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
- Do you charge for the mobile app?
- No. The Proparoo iPhone app is included with every plan and every seat. An Android app is not available yet.
